01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Park Avenue website, creating an account, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form the complete agreement between you and Park Avenue regarding your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not create an account and should not use the platform. Continued use of Park Avenue following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all users of the Park Avenue platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other method. There is no separate app version of these terms; the same terms apply across all access methods.

02 Eligibility and Registration

To use Park Avenue you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account is active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Park Avenue is strictly an adult platform.
• You must be registering for personal, non-commercial use only.
• You must not already hold an existing Park Avenue account. Only one account is permitted per person.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering, including your real name, contact details and payment information.
• You must be the authorised holder of any payment method you use to deposit or withdraw funds on the platform.

Park Avenue reserves the right to verify your identity and eligibility at any time. You may be asked to provide documentation to confirm your age or identity as part of the account verification process. Failure to complete verification may delay or restrict your ability to deposit, withdraw or access certain platform features.

Accounts created using false information, or accounts held by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, may be suspended or permanently closed. Any balance in such accounts may be forfeited.

03 Account Responsibilities

Your Park Avenue account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials, whether or not you personally carried out that activity. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested while you are logged in.

You must keep your username and password confidential at all times. Park Avenue will never ask you for your password — not through email, not through in-platform messages, and not through any other channel. If anyone asks you for your Park Avenue password, treat it as an attempt at fraud and do not share it.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Park Avenue support immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate steps to secure your account. However, Park Avenue cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access that was made possible by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You may not transfer, sell or share your account with any other person. Each account is for the sole use of the individual who registered it.

04 Deposits and PKR Transactions

All deposits on Park Avenue are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion involved — the amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that appears in your account balance.

Park Avenue supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted. If a deposit is identified as coming from a third party, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be reviewed.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of deposit. These limits may vary depending on the payment method selected. Park Avenue does not charge a fee for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside Park Avenue's control.

Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance within a short processing period. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for assistance.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through the Withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible, or to a verified payment account in your name.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means your identity documents and payment method must have been confirmed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held until verification is complete.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers. Specific processing times are outlined in the Withdrawal section of the platform. Park Avenue aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, but delays can occasionally occur due to payment provider processing times, verification requirements, or high request volumes.

Withdrawals are subject to minimum and maximum limits which are displayed at the time of your request. Requests below the minimum or above the maximum cannot be processed until you adjust the amount accordingly.

Park Avenue reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. This is a standard risk management measure and is not intended to delay legitimate player withdrawals unnecessarily.

06 Games and Gameplay

Park Avenue offers a range of online gaming categories including slot games, fish games, bingo, and other titles available through the game lobby. All games on the platform involve an element of chance — outcomes are not predetermined by the platform or any member of the Park Avenue team.

Game results are determined by the game mechanics of each individual title. Once a game round has concluded, the result is final. Park Avenue does not have the ability to reverse a completed game result, and requests to do so will not be processed.

You are responsible for ensuring you understand the rules and stake levels of any game before you begin playing. Each game in the Park Avenue library includes information about how it works and what the stake options are. Placing a stake in a game constitutes your agreement to play that game under its stated rules.

Park Avenue does not guarantee any specific outcome or level of return from any game on the platform. Gaming is entertainment with a financial element — you should only play with funds you are comfortable with and can afford to spend on entertainment without financial hardship.

• Slot games use random outcome mechanics and pay according to their respective paytable structures.
• Fish games involve skill and timing elements alongside chance-based outcomes.
• Bingo outcomes are determined by random number draw mechanics.
• Game lobby titles each have their own rules outlined within the game interface.

Technical issues during a game — such as a disconnection or browser crash — are handled according to the game provider's standard procedures. Park Avenue will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from genuine technical failures, but cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from issues with your device, internet connection, or browser.

07 Prohibited Conduct

Using Park Avenue responsibly and fairly is expected of all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one Park Avenue account, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the platform or play games in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical glitches, errors or vulnerabilities in game mechanics or the platform itself.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft or any other unlawful means.
• Providing false information during registration or verification, including false identity documents.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to use your account.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back or dispute a deposit through your payment provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering or is intended to obscure the origin of funds.

Park Avenue monitors platform activity and reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not be entitled to a refund of any funds used on the platform prior to suspension.

08 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time Park Avenue may offer bonuses, promotional credits, or other incentives to players. Any such offer will be subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General principles that apply to all bonus offers include:

• Bonuses are credited to your account for use on the platform and are not directly withdrawable unless the applicable wagering or activity requirements have been met.
• Wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games for each bonus will be stated in the offer terms. These must be read and understood before accepting a bonus.
• Bonuses are intended for individual player use only. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through different accounts is considered prohibited conduct.
• Park Avenue reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel a bonus offer at any time, including if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of a promotional offer.
• Where a bonus has been credited in error, Park Avenue reserves the right to reverse that credit from your account.

09 Privacy and Data

By creating an account on Park Avenue, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your name, contact information, payment details and gameplay activity for the purposes of running the platform and maintaining your account.

Park Avenue does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, or where required by applicable legal obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

Park Avenue takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment and is not suitable for anyone experiencing financial difficulty, gambling-related harm, or any person under the age of 18.

We encourage all players to approach gaming as a form of entertainment with a clear and fixed personal budget. Some practical guidelines:

If you feel your gaming activity has become problematic, you can contact Park Avenue support to request a voluntary account suspension or self-exclusion period. We will action such requests promptly and without requiring you to provide a detailed explanation.

11 Suspension and Termination

Park Avenue reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe.
• Account inactivity for an extended period, in line with the platform's dormant account policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other unlawful conduct.
• Any other circumstance where continued account access poses a risk to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a suspected breach of these terms, any balance in the account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

You may also close your Park Avenue account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after standard processing checks.

12 Limitation of Liability

Park Avenue provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible, reliable and functioning correctly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the platform will be free from technical errors at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted, Park Avenue's liability to any player is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant issue arose. Park Avenue is not liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to game technical failures where the failure was outside Park Avenue's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Indirect, consequential or special losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your use of the platform in a manner inconsistent with these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits Park Avenue's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

Park Avenue may update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active players through in-platform notifications or by email to the address registered on your account.

Your continued use of the Park Avenue platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and may request closure of your account as described in Section 11.
